Apex Pack Somehow Already Opened

Not much of a big deal, since I know what was in the pack due to it being shown with the red dot in the inventory, however I was given a pack from the battle pass. This pack was shown as being "earned", but didn't appear right away. (You know how you won't see badges or other items until you play a match or restart the game and get back into the lobby). I then just got up from my desk and walked away for a little while. I came back to the "kicked for inactivity" screen and loaded back into the game.

What I expected to see was a pack now being shown or the prompt that I got it appearing again but not fully added yet, (still requiring a "reload" of the lobby). Instead, the pack wasn't shown anymore, and the red markers were being shown for items I know I didn't have about 15-20 minutes ago prior to coming back to the game.

    Hey @Midnight9746,

    Certainly an odd occurrence. Did you do anything at all between getting the pack and stepping away from the keyboard, or did the items just appear in your inventory when you logged back in?

    @EA_QueenBee The items just appeared in my inventory. At first I thought someone logged into my account, but my account is 2-step and I didn't get any login notifications or seen any new logins.

    @Midnight9746 I honestly don't understand how the daily treasure pack is supposed to work.
    I thought you were supposed to pick them up in game, once a day, and after the match you can open them.
    But it seems like every time I pick one up, I'm not given the option after the match.

    @XxColdFangxX Treasure packs are different from Apex packs.

    The difference is that treasure packs grant what's listed on the tab for it. These are battle pass stars, crafting materials, cosmetics, and even Apex packs.

    Each day, you'll get the next item in the lineup on the list. You don't "open" treasure packs, they're technically already opened once you pick them up in a match.

    While the Apex packs can give 3 of the prior listed items, besides the battle pass stars.

    I was given an Apex pack in which didn't show up for me to open when it was shown as being given and came back to it already opened somehow. You've might of had gotten items from the battle pass that don't show up in your inventory, but would show up after a restart or after you've played another match. That's what my Apex pack did for some reason.

    Maybe I'm just confusing treasure packs for apex packs then?
    I thought you had to open both of them.
    That is really odd that it opened it for you though.
