Apex packs

How is it possible I just spent 120 dollars roughly on apex packs and for 27 packs straight I got rare and common cosmetic items????? Says a legendary 1 in 30  packs which I got but I didn't get 1 epic for 30 packs straight... like what's going on here I spend enough money on this free to play game and when I spend good money I get burned hard out of 120 dollars I didn't get much I think 2 legendary items and 3 or 4 epics and 2 of them were shards to craft my apex account is skizzybone88 just more or less wondering how I went 27 packs atr8 only getting rare and common items when there's is a 1 in 4 chance of epic or better items.... I still haven't seen a heirloom or a heirloom shard either only on youtube....

    @Germanish88 congrats you gambled and lost what did you expect. Not saying its fair to you or that the practice of lootboxes isn't predatory just saying you weren't made any promise of good items and still spent the money, stick to the battle pass cause atm it's the only reasonable guarantee of good items in the game.
