I did kind of go in a little, didn't I. Just a little "checks and balances". 😉

In regard to Bot Royale and PvE I think you should continue to put forth some "strong suggestions/ideals" for the things you like most. I like PvE too. 

In regard to the forum, do you. It's fine to challenge and scrutinize suggestions/ideals. If that's your purpose, it's a great one! My goal is to leave the community and EA/Respawn with some suggestions/ideals of my own that I "know" will work. 

That was single most heated answer I've ever read to what I thought was a simple request for clarity. My bad. But I give you points for, this time around, actually addressing my question.

That was an answer. Now I understand what you were saying in a way that I didn't with the original post. Kudos.

And that, my "former" friend, is a big part of why I'm here. To try and understand things from other points of view. That doesn't mean I don't have my own opinions, but it does help me to know whether they're right or wrong, or in need of fine tuning or complete change. I guess, in that sense, your work here is done. I am looking at professional-level play differently than I did before. Maybe not completely differently, but Rome wasn't built in a day, as they say.

In the mean time I would also like to apologize for exhausting your patience. Something I certainly never set out to do. And not really sure whether you were trying to attach any shame to the act of playing and enjoying bot royale, but if you were then I'm sorry to say that my opinion on that hasn't changed at all. But thanks for trying. If they handed out "A"s for effort then you would be the head of the class.

We've been debating for several months and you haven't won one debate. You're like 0-15. You like losing for some odd reason. The devs haven't acted on any of your posts and you have over 3200 posts, about nothing. That many posts in 4 years is crazy.

Furthermore, you don't seem to know about other games, player tendencies, how competitive modes should function, etc. I think you're trying to hold this game back for your own self pleasure. You don't want the pro scene to evolve. You're disgruntled that pro players want to make money from playing comp Apex. You're disgruntled that players want to play a competitive Ranked mode. You're disgruntled that the comp community wants there to be a "Light at the End of the Tunnel" in the form of better rewards and tournaments for Ranked. If everything fails I'm blaming you. 

You've stated that you don't play Ranked that often before the updates. You said your preference is Bot Royale and PvE. Why not focus on that? Come up with concrete solutions in regards to PvE that the devs can act on. Additionally, why would I bash your suggestions/solutions if "I don't play that mode"? 

Truth is... you're a narcissist. Most people are and I love that. Do YOU!!!

IMO, people want to be included in "big events". That's why there's stadiums/arenas all across the world. That's why people rush to see a new movie at the theaters. That's why thousands of people will be attending Champs, etc. For you to act like you're not interested in NOTHING is narcissistic. You're so quick to bash everything other players want to enjoy from this game. You're telling players what YOU think is best for them, in regard to Ranked, then you go play Bot Royale with a smile on your face. That's cringe as hell Recon and we're not debate buddies anymore. I'm tired of proving you wrong. 🤬

You can't see into the future. You don't know how players will react to changes before they occur. Who are you? An impostor. I'm sure you're a beast when you play your favorite game, Among Us. 

Lastly, if the devs explore some of these ideas/suggestions some players may enjoy playing in a big tournament with their work buddies, friends, family, etc. even if they're in lower tiers. Pro players from other games may come to Apex, similar to players leaving Counter Strike for Valorant. It's hard to explain this type of stuff to a "door knob", that's how you act. How can a "door knob" tell me what universal truths apply to and don't apply to? Stop playing with me Lil boy. Young people have more access to information and technology than ever before and y'all still don't understand anything. Pathetic. 

This is the best I can give you, I'm sure it's not enough. My apologies for being rude, but you're barking up the wrong tree. Go touch some grass. 

I enjoyed our moments and this break-up will be tough for me, but this is the path you chose. 😂

Also, you may want to look up the definition of the word "universal," and maybe even "truth." Because if they applied to this situation as you seem to think they do then I wouldn't be here asking for clarification.

In the world we live in there has always been more followers than leaders. Followers only know how to "follow". Leaders only know how to "lead". 

So instead of me trying to explain universal truths and psychology to you I would rather ask you a question. Are you a leader or a follower?

If you're a leader, than be a good leader. If you're a follower, than be a good follower.

As for me, I am a good leader. 

A good leader examines all the dynamics and does what's right for the "whole".

I'll leave you with that Recon, I'm sure you will share more personal insight and perspectives. Why? Because the brain is powerful and that's what your supposed to do, if you choose to.

really made me stop and think. And what I think is that I would like it if you could elaborate on what you mean. Because I think I understand what you're saying, but also I can't be understanding you correctly at all. I just need some clarification. If you're willing. I swear, I'm not trolling you here. I know we don't always see eye to eye, but I feel like this is more than disagreement. I feel like you must have been trying to say something other than what I'm inferring.
