apex twitch prime loot ps4

so im guessing only pc players can access the prime loot as on ps4 there is no ea log in to get the loot

If you don't get a login prompt, you already have an account connected.

You can log into into https://help.ea.com/en/ via the Xbox/PS4 login options. Once you're logged in here you can go to Accounts > Order Management, and it'll try to transfer you to the main ea.com site, and on this page you should see the email address for the linked EA account.

You can log into Origin.com then go to your profile (in the bottom left) then Edit on EA.com (in the top right). On this page you can scroll down and see your linked accounts.

If you already linked Twitch to the wrong account, you can unlink it, then link the right account, using the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/apex-legends/apex-legends/apex-legends-and-twitch/

these are the worst for solving problems, i currently have a open closed ticket for a problem i have with fifa 20 companion app the new fifa is nearly out and still havnt had a fix

@sxmtricks Yeah my problem is i got the apex loot and i didnt had it on my account. So i went to Psn snd there was the skin. Do u know how i can change that

My Prime loot claims work fine, but I've noticed that since I've got both PS4 and PC versions of Apex Legends connected to the EA account, the Prime loot always ends up in the version of Apex I launch first after claiming the loot.
For example, if I claim loot and start Apex on PS4, then the loot will be transfered to my PS4 Apex account, but the skin will not ever show up on my PC Apex installation. And the other way around. If I claim and launch Apex on PC, the loot ends up in the PC version but will never be found in the PS4 version.
So it seems to be very important to launch Apex on the system (PC/PS4/XBox) which is your "main" Apex account, where you are doing your progressing/battle pass leveling at the moment.
I really wish Apex was cross-save/cross platform and these issues wouldn't exist. Because I started playing on PS4 for the first 2-3 years, and then when I started playing on PC all my Apex progress was non-transferable, and I had to start over from zero with everything. And this is probably what is separating the loot as well.
