@DEMONZOMBIEGOD69 It's exactly the same for me. Even with 15ms Ping, it's constant stuttering, starting only when landing in BR, with no possibility to choose my character and indeed a long time before the stuttering and lagging frames go out. By the time, usually, I am dead.
Arenas are much better in this regard, they feel like much more fluid.
Which is a pity, because to progress in my battle pass, I need to play BR, not arenas.
