Had a person on my team that was LVL 60 and had 9000 kills.

Sure sure....

When I was going to report him it was like he wasn't there. Origin couldn't find his account, so I had to search for it on the net trough EA then I find it.

Why can't EA close these cheat page on the net?!?

They will try to confuse your eyes with capital I or lowercase L
Or you can use the number 0 and the capital O. generally, the accounts that use this repeated blindfold ID are cheating accounts
