Armor changes

@MinusFortyP You make a valid point here. Newer players are usually focusing on surviving- or at least, the many of which, are still learning the game/the weapons and loot and aren't usually itchin' for a fight every match. It almost punishes those careful players for not getting into battle so often. But then again... if they're not fighting (like me usually), players can scavenge more areas and still get level 3 shields. But still... this permanently punishes those not willing to alert enemy teams of their position by firing at enemies JUST to level up a shield.

Back then, you were rewarded for looting effectively, and staying alive. Now, you're thriving (a little more- with 25 extra shield points) if you're taking that gamble every game to fight other squads. I'm not exactly in favor of EVO... I mean, I liked using them sometimes. I just prefer to focus on winning.
