Ash tactical sucks and valkyrie tactical should not exist.

Ash tactical sucks. It is so underpowered. It does barely any damage, only affect one player (if not upgraded), and barely limits movement (which is what it is supposed to do), can get out with other legends' abilities. 

Makes no sense that Valkyrie's tactical does so much damage and limits movement, when she has essentially a passive that is actually a tactical (espicially compare to octane: octane gets a speed boost and a health regen passive, valkyrie has a jetpacks, fuel regen, and a bang-arc star). At the very least nerf her tactical.
