Audio Lag / Stuttering.

Please for the last week audio has been completely broken. Constantly cutting out, not giving audio quips, doors and weapons not making any sound. It got so much worse over the last few weeks and even worse starting yesterday. I’m on a Xbox One X and have had this issue every game for the last week and a half. Thanks for your time.
