@XxColdFangxX They pretty much need to make bot accounts and have them run around in games for the "noobs" to play against, much like Overwatch and such. Once they get the hang of it, then they get real players.
I'm also sick and tired of seeing obvious smurphs (and cheaters) in any gamemode. Like its really obvious when they're level 1-44, and they're tearing up the whole lobby like 5 fully stacked pred teams.

That's actually not a bad idea. Bot matches with different difficulty of bots to make it harder and more real, but bots can only go so far, they can't really calculate and strategize like a real player can.
But honestly noobs aren't the biggest problem of the game.
It shouldn't have to be said that people need to learn how to be a team player.
The glitchy servers aren't any help either. Like how the hell am I supposed to shoot someone who is there one second and gone the next?
