Bad teammates

I think the problem is everyone thinks it's a algs game. 90% of the games I play it's fall teammates die or 1 man army mode it. My favorite is the ones who grab a gun a stack of ammo and ready to go in on a 1v3. Their favorite excuse is when I ask them why? The answer is always it's pubs so it doesn't count. My reply is so you play the game to drop and die right away? Everytime? Yes I only play pubs because I solo queue and in the back of my mind I know playing ranked it would worse.In the last week I've watched my KD go from 1.77 to 1.4. To me it's amazing I've actually won 182 games of 3.4k with a positive KD. I've also noticed if Im doing really good in a game my teammates get overly full of themselves thinking their getting kills then they go solo and just die. The game is very frustrating. I know I'm not being matched with players anywhere near my skill level just by the way the play.
