Playing Ballistic some more, I feel like the Smart Bullet doesn't feel that impactful beyond some cases. I think Ballistic could use more utility. My suggestion would be to give a silence to the Smart bullet instead of jamming someone's gun. This would allow Ballistic to have more of an edge against opponents.
- @xDarkomantis That's against his lore video. He was shown jamming guns, not disabling abilities.
