Bangalore rework/improvement/buff

Well, Bagalore is one of the legends I personally can't really find much of a liking on. I like Gibby, I like Bloodhound, heck, I even like Crypto and Pathfinder. Yet Bangalore feels... Lackluster......

I don't even play Bangalore but I think this would be a good buff!
