Banned for telling someone to get off the game???????

No wonder ea is the world's most hated company Ive invested over $500 into this game and more importantly a year and a half of my life playing and I'm banned for saying words?? what an outstanding bu...

Spending money doesn't give you the right to harras or be toxic to other players.
There is no need to harras another player in a game, it's about fun, don't get carried away.

If you feel that the ban was unfair, you can always appeal it with the link below.

They try to reply within 5 business days but it could take a bit longer due to the increased safety measures being put in place.
Just keep an eye on your mailbox and also check your spam and promotion folders as sometimes these emails can get routed over there.

@daza231 I agree this doesnt make any sense, first they can mute you, they can also reply to you. Banning permanently is very stupid... first you can create another account which means you will still be on the servers, second it punishes those who spent money and doesnt affect someone who didnt spend a dime... he'll just create another FREE account. Third: I guess it can happen if you reply harshly to toxic players... I have become intolerant to toxic talking and now reply to those guys with similar trash talk and yelling... so I guess I could get banned if they report me and I would never know who to report back for what they did to me???!

  @Palette24carats It probably excessive report that lead to the ban. When you receive countless of report from multiple different player in short time, that's a red flag that probably get him banned.
  
  Some game have system that notify the admin when the same player receive a report over & over again for a short time and I don't mean 5-10 report, probably 50 or over a 100+ depends on how the system was set.
