Banned for using APEX LEGENDS STAT TRACKER for Overwolf?

Well 2 days ago my account got banned without any email explaining why and for how long. The only thing I used in the prior days which I haven't used for months was the in-game overwolf overlay stat tracker.

There is no claim anywhere that this is a cheat program. Can someone from EA actually help me with this ban instead of sending me the template emails from TOS about how they checked and confirmed the account was cheating?

P.S. It wasn't even intended use, I was playing League of Legends and overwolf was running for Facecheck stat program which is perfectly legal there, after launching Apex the apex stat tracker got launched and I just left it running in the background.

It seems to me the TOS team isn't even reading emails because they didn't answer a single question, just a template response.

    I had the same thing happen to me.  I didn't even know there was an Overwolf overlay for Apex, but I have the Overwolf app.  So I came here, but now finding out that @VirtualBrett has had the same issue as me in getting hacked and having someone out perform their average performance.  I have proof of someone playing on my account recently even though I was banned because they originally hacked me and played the Gibraltar game.  I left my account Gold 4 and game back 2 weeks or so later at Gold 2 and 3 levels higher.   I didn't look at my match history until I got the banned message and this is what I found.
