You *'s need to stop advocating for leaver penalties and bans, that's the nature of the game when you're playing with randoms and this isn't a moba or overwatch. Me and my buddy have a higher winrate when our 3rd drops out right away because we have 1 less to worry about and we can do our own thing.
You can't implement a leaver penalty in a way that doesn't punish someone that doesn't deserve it. And then there's the dropping solo aspect which respawn put in in case someone doesn't actually want to land with their team, say if they're going to the complete opposite end of the map and doesn't feel like playing a looting simulator. There will probably be some kind of system in place for ranked, but right now the current structure of the game doesn't support penalizing players for quitting.
Literally do not agree. You cant just go for someones banner when ambushed. You sometimes have to run away heal and get them in the nick of time. The only compromise I cant accept is a ping that says "I need to get cover but I'll be back for you" or something that let's stupid teammates know that I can still get you.
