Battle Pass Rework

Because the Belgium trick no longer works, people would now have to gamble with their apex packs. What if, instead of having apex packs, we could hit a button on the battle pass screen, and get crafting shards instead. That way, Belgium still has the crafting shards the way their law enforces it, and every other country has the choice if they want the packs or shards.

TL;DR Make an option for every country outside Belgium to have a button that would give us crafting shards,  instead of apex packs.
