Yes this is another rant thread, and yes this HAS to happen, i'm tired of having to drop 5-15 kills every game just to lose because my teammates cant weaken or damage 1 enemy or kill someone, or just end up dying, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, I end up getting killed because the entire team just push me solo (teammates are literally in the house next to me still LOOTING), YES I PING AND YES I SAY IT ON MI, this doesn't happen once, it doesn't happen twice, it happens 95% OF MY GAMES. Talking on mic doesn't make a difference because half of the time they don't listen. YES i'm ALL FOR carrying new people etc but if its every single game then it isn't every once in a while or every 5 games, it is EVERY SINGLE GAME. @MoNosDirtyGaming I share your frustration with teammates and trying to find players to add to friends can be difficult. If I had one wish for all games it would be a universal friends system of the highest quality. Or at least a really useful friends feature in Apex. I guess we should remember that Apex hasn't been out long so it'll all change as players get better and Apex is developed further.

@warslag The best parts where they fly into skull town and instantly die, then rage quit like it somehow my fault, or the constant mark spamming literally 5 seconds into landing. How is anyone supposed to hear footsteps or help a teammate out if they land right next to two whole squads. Matchmaking definitely has to change from what it is now. I've also noticed that if I start a game with a specific selected character, say for this posts sake, pathfinder, then as soon as I get into the game my other random teammates will choose pathfinder before me. I'm all for letting people choose what they want, but clearly the games set up in such a way that whichever character you choose before the character select screen pops up, the random teammates usually end up picking them (even if its gibraltar).

@Babbediboopi tbh i've only really met around 3 really good people, who were on my level of skill, and they arent on much, but every game one of us drops at least 20 kills per gameBesides that.. I shouldn't be put with random bots who loot 24/7.. You ever been in a fight where you land in skull town, kill 11 people straight and your second teammate (whos apart of your premade) is fighting with you, and every single person you drop, the random squad mate runs to EVERY single box and loots ALL the loot? YEAH I had that today, The random teammate didnt even help with any assists, he took a legendary backpack, legendary attachments, all the light/heavy ammo, didn't even revive me or my friend once, and literally sat there looting. You tell me how this is acceptable .

Whenever I mess around and play totally alone, or with a premade + one filler, the randoms are terrible 9/10 times and usually get 0-300 damage even if we wins the match and he lives during the entire game.What I tried to say, which maybe was unclear since I tried to be funny was the that most people who queues alone are casual and low skill players and thats why you have a high probability of getting them on your team if you play with randoms.

@Babbediboopi lol just landed in slum, killed a squad after a teammate fell, he install leaves the match after we kill the squad 10 secs later like ??

@MoNosDirtyGaming This has been made worse with Apex Elite. The default Apex Elite match setting for anyone in top 5 has meant a heap of very confused noobs getting matched with me every time I start an Elite match. They get fried by the 1st ring and start wailing. Or just run in guns blazing (drop into skull) cause they don't give a * about top 5. I'll start another thread for this issue i think.

Game obviously needs a better or different match making system.
Im playing apex on console. Although i play some other fps like overwatch this is my first battle royale game.
Unlike overwatch , i call apex as a hardcore aim based fps game.
Im a very terrible player , ive played apex since launch a few hours per week and so far i have 200 kills on all legends and im being match maked players with 500 - 1000 kills. Certainly as a casual battle royale player i cant contribute a team with 1000 kills in season 1.
Solution to this is to put players on different leagues
For example put noobs like me to bronze league
put a little better player to silver , gold , platin , diamond etc..
Ive seen players with 6000 kills . They instantly kill me the second they see me.

@Trapzor Elite mode was interesting, I personally found that players playing elite mode were somewhat better, and more times than not they did know what they were doing, but around 2/10 games they didn't. I'd happily welcome this change. Plus it gives us more to do! (competitively)

@mauhdibYou have 200 kills with every character, which is 8, x 200 = 1600 kills in total. You being matched with players with 500-1000 kills makes sense, because they most likely only have one main character. That's why you see players with 6k+ kills sometimes in the champion squad, because thats all they use.

I'd say that different leagues in the game would just complicate things completely, but they should definitely add a ranked system.
