Why? I noticed the devs put a bot in for a missing player in Gun Run, and all they do is get killed over and over feeding other teams making it even worse than it would be without them. Why add the braindead AI bot on a team for Gun Run? Why? Who is making these decisions?
As far I'm aware, Respawn has not implemented any AI players into any mode except for orientation matches.
If they were bots then they would have [BOT] in front of their name (Though of course this can be mimicked with club tags, so you can't confirm it 100% by looking at it)
It has been quite common for players to run bot scripts to farm XP ever since mixtape came out, so it's not unlikely that you are coming across players that are doing this.
This might be more prevalent in low-populated regions or when you are playing during off-peak hours.
If you are sure that these players are just bots and not just new/bad players, you can report them in-game.
