@whatsthefakk I disagree. The shield change is a good one. Now you need to earn your shield. If they'd tighten the MM so everyone in the lobby was similarly skilled this change would have been even better.
@hayhor This is the issue, not the change in EVO shield mechanics.
The MM puts you up against better players pretty regularly and now you can't luck into a shield advantage. You'll lose those fights pretty frequently, especially early on.
