Broken Public Matchmaking

I just started again playing the game. Couldn't find my old account(I played only before season1 some dozens of matches) so I created a new one.

I complained about MM when the game was released but I left it out for obvious reasons.

But now, after so much time, the public, nonranked MM is just ridiculously broken.

I was matches against players who had done 300K damage, ones who played 500 matches per legend. 

I was playing with my friends and I asked how is this possible? They answered that most likely they have compromised MM against game search time( the game search time is awesome, few seconds).

IMO, this is a bad decision, I dont mind searching for 1 min and have a more skill leveled game which equals a more enjoyable one!

I just get so frustrated, and I have little way of improving my skills, because the opponents are not of comparable skill.

This is not only my opinion but my friends' also. Also TTK is on par with CounterStrike, something we did not feel when started playing. Maybe because of MM it feels like that.

We also consider this a very bad decision if TTK is lower exclusive of broken MM,

Played for about  20h, only won once. We are experienced gamers in general.
