This is still an issue. How do I have a full squad of silver players when another squad (the one who killed us) is all gold players? You couldn't mix it up so at least one of the gold players was on our team and one of the silver players was on that team? If it is a premade squad, don't que them with silver players.
- @BPoff71 It is ridiculous! It feels like it is reverse sbmm, like it's the opposite of skill based matchmaking, tonight for hours on end I was matched with complete idiots that would do anything to screw our fight, or to die so we lose points , we were always Gold 2 players but went against a rookie 1 with a 4k badge and 20 bomb badge that easily destroyed us with his silver team.
We went against bronze and silver players that were way above our skill level and got demolished everytime. All the while my teammates were complete idiots they were Gold 2 but they were playing like complete noobs worthy of a silver 4 rank. Like when I managed to kill 2 and get the 3rd to one bullet from death the lifeline instead of finishing the last of the team would come to rez me then let me all alone to be finished by that player while she would move away not even using the rez as a bait, she would come later when opponent had time to locate her and she died. This is the type of thing that happened all night for hours.
This cannon fodder matchmaking is making me rage so much. It's what it should be called, it's not skill based it is cannon fodder based. You are the fodder and they get all the fun. Which is why they never leave the game while the fodder rages and quit. @BPoff71It is so broken that if you play with teammates and everything goes very well so much so you add them as friends when you will replay with them the cannon fodder matchmaking will put you against even better opponents so you will start losing points again making you rage again and hate the game again. The game is 5 years old we tried it all and still get 0.5 kdr no matter what, no matter the rank, no matter who I play with , cannon fodder matchmaking.
@Palette24caratsIt is really sad because I looooove playing this game when it feels balanced, love all the guns except the charge rifle, love to play each and every one of them it feels fresh to be able to change every game, love every legend, love the movements, the speed, the style, the way you can have a 2nd chance, recharge, respawn, survive in the storm, move with mobile towers, etc
why do you even complain ... we know all to well that Respawn is full aware that they run the game into the ground.
Just a look at the trello board tells you ... only bandaids for stuff nobody really complains about.
But the tough topics like AA which has been swept under the rug for 5 Years ... they knew the stuff was not balanced for the whole time, but still they had the audacity to talk "competitive integrity".
Same applies to the matchmaking, they tell you a phony story but they wont change it , bcs they are too proud to admit those things are literally code garbage and heavily responsible for the player decline among other things like bad servers/netcode and ofc the cheater situation.
Sending out player surveys without even touching those major topics also hardens the suspicion they dont really care, despite saying "We hear you".
If they would have listened, we wouldnt complain matchmaking and Aim Assist for 5 years and counting.
