Bruh this needs to stop!

This is silly. Bronze doesn’t mean anything right now. The BP has only been out a week. You can’t possibly believe that having a Bronze badge means that they’re a handicap. It’s summer, the BP is barely out, many folks haven’t even played it much yet, etc. The only way a bronze can enter an upper tier is to be grouped with someone anyway, so you should know they’re in a group. Most players just haven’t played many ranked matches yet. Bronze means nothing, right now in particular.

My last two matches last night were a victory, and a third place. A random on my team was a Bronze IV. Clearly he was queued in, in a group, with my other teammate, another silver, like me. I’ll be Gold Tier within a couple matches tonight. 

Point is, their Bronze IV guy came in and straight put up 1100+ damage and 7 kills. We came in 1st. The next match he had good numbers, but a little lower. Around like 800 damage and 4 kills. Those are solid numbers and are in no way a handicap. 

My buddy left for vacation last Monday. He’ll be back Sunday. He’s an absolute beast in this game. I’ll be Gold, maybe Platinum by then. When he cues into a match with me, whether gold or platinum, there’s no question that at bronze level he’ll still be the best player in the squad. 

Rank means a whole lot less than y’all suggest. Right now, with the BP only being out a week, it means next to nothing. 

OP is right. I don't want to play with some low skill bronze trash, they keep putting them in my game and ruining it, I would rather wait for a que to pop than play with these imbeciles. Respawn failing at matchmaking since the game was created.

@ArchZay I totally agree with you, although I'm on the other end of the skill level/ranking spectrum (fairly new to Apex Legends and about level 50), most people want a competitive match and that starts with matchmaking.

Cmon Apex dev, can you please do a better job at matchmaking!?  Especially for parties?  And why did you start EVERYONE at the same rank instead of placing them based on their season 1 stats?

I tried some ranked matches and kept running into players that should be in Platinum or better.  What a waste of time!!!
