gibby needs either octanes jump pad or horizons jump. just for the awesomeness and we could all stand to see more gibby it would be gud!

@gg123xyz Gibraltar is in a very good place right now, especially on Olympus. Giving him more mobility would have to be balanced by nerfing another aspect of him.
I was thinking a good counter balance to gibby would be: Higher headshot damage received/better reward for shooting above the gunshield
