Buff syringes to heal 30 HP

As the title states: Buff syringes to heal 30 HP, up from 25. Why 30? Simple reason.

When revived, you're left with 20 HP. Three syringes brings you up to 95, forcing you to use a fourth if you want to have full health.
When revived by a gold backpack, you're left with 70 HP. One syringe brings you up to 95, forcing you to use a fourth to get to full.

With 30 HP syringes, this would no longer be a problem, and would also make it slightly easier surviving the ring. Also, considering they take two full seconds longer than shield cells, giving them slightly higher effectiveness doesn't seem unreasonable. Medkits would still be much better overall after being revived (assuming no gold backpack), as one medkit takes only 8s for a full heal, while three syringes takes 15-16s.

If buffing the syringes is out of the question... Buff the health you're revived at to 25 (75 with gold). Maybe I'm being unreasonable annoyed by always being 5 HP short of a full heal when using syringes after a revive, but I think it'd be a nice "QoL buff". Anyone else agree?

    The question is which solution would be better out of the two. Being revived with 5 more health, or having syringes heal 5 more health?

    I personally lean more towards just making syringes slightly better (would slightly reduce ring deaths), but I'm curious what others think.
