As someone who dealt with stuttering on both xbox and pc in apex I found the solution after trying every fix I could find out there. Get a Solid State drive. Even just a smaller one at 225gb. You can right click on the game in origin and move the game files to it without redownloading. Then if you run windows, go into your advanced setting and put 8000mb minimum to 10000 (or more) max set to that drive. The stuttering I experienced was due to the game having to constantly access the HDD, it can't keep up, an SSD can. Have not experienced a single stutter after many games played since I did this. I can now stream, run discord and increased my in game Field of View (FOV) from minimum to maximum, and everything now works flawlessly. None of which was possible before. An HDD is a bottleneck.
