    Please do not provide personal information like your email address on the forums, as these posts are publicly visible for all to see.

    This is not something we're able to assist with on the forums, but if you reach out to an advisor they can take a look at the order for you.

    Do keep in mind that we're currently investigating an issue where certain purchases are delayed and not appearing, so that may be affecting yours as well.

    If you reach out to an advisor in the meantime, you may need to provide some additional proof of purchase for them to look into this further for you. Thanks!
