Can someone explain this 'death recap' discrepancy?

It was in the train event; the Wraith had 100+75hp. Wraith didn't heal between the hits (as you can see, she was actively shooting back at me). The Wraith didn't die, yet 50+60+71 > 175. What's mo...

I have the same sort of issue. Death recap will say I did atleast 30 more damage then the enemy but I'm the one to die. Same shield level. No heals. Doesn't make sense
