Can we nerf Wraith?

A slight rework for her hit box would sufficiently nerf her enough imo. If her hit box was brought more in line with Mirages, I don’t think she’d dominate the pick rate quite as much. 

@espadakillar69 a proper counter is:

1. Get into a close quarters fight with her
2. Bring her health close to zero (below zero is even better)
3. When she phase shifts, follow the phase trail
4. Line up the shot when she's about the phase out and let it rip

Jokes aside, I feel her small hit-box is that size to compensate for her non-aggressive abilities.
