First they need to add a rejoin button, i've been kicked too many times.
But otherwise, yea we definitely need some kind of penalty system.
once we get the option of rejoining a game this could work, otherwise it makes no sense unless the game is able to tell when your game crash/disconnects and when you press the exit button.
also of course the game should keep memory of your state before you quit, maybe you respawn with the stuff left in your "deathbox" or start right away without anything and run for it to the nearest loot.
