Cancel Finisher

I end up getting caught out because I can't cancel the finisher. ☹️
Ah, ok, not sure how it is for KB/mouse players but on my pad i have to hold for about 2 seconds for a finisher whereas reload/open door/loot is a quick tap so i tend not to get caught out between the 2.
I have on occasion shut my team mate out of a room as we retreated as I pressed reload as i walked through a door whilst retreating a firefight....didn't go well for them......lol
