Cannot Reload Near Catalyst Tactical

Maybe its just me, or maybe its just my setup having issues, but since Catalyst has come out I cannot seem to reload any weapon if I am what feels like within 20 meters of her tactical or Ultimate ability. This is really concerning considering she has an outrageous pick rate right now (being the newest legend and all). Trying to play any kind of BR right now is just broken if it is a somewhat close range fight. 

It seems like going into fights, especially building fights, if I have a Catalyst on my team or the opposing team we are fighting, I will most certainly die to not being able to reload when I want to, or having to turn and tuck tail away from the fight or cover I am behind to be able to reload. 

Is anyone else having the same issues??
