I think caustic needs a buff too
but I think large legends in general need a buff
buffing their abilities has constantly caused them to become overpowered and then get nerfed into a useless state
I think they just need to buff fortified steadily to 20% and then 25% until they have the same succes in death match modes as other legends
and then something like buffing the gas damage by 2 or more could be reasonable

Even if Caustic and many other legends get buffs in s24, so what? In s25 they will get huge nerfs again because Hal or another bigger streamer will start crying. It has happened before and it will happen again.
But when pathinder had a pick rate above 20% for several seasons in the meta, everything was fine. Respawn has already lost control of its game in every respect.
