Caustic, Mirage and Rampart

I think these three are the ones that are going to be at the bottom this season and they need a buff, VS path, horizon, wraith, gibby, and of course nade spammer, fuse!

if they just removed caustic’s fortified and instead made him normal size like bang or fuse, he would be fine, but he is still a fat target without a personal shield like Gibby... to be fair caustic’s passive is the most useless passive, especially now that everyone can see inside the gas.

mirage they increase mirage’s health, he wouldn’t have any problems, maybe even adding 25 extra health to him could make him survive better in battle field.

Rampart’s shields are not practical even with the recent buff, if only shields has lifetime instead of they and they could stand anything for like 20 seconds, then people could rely on them, currently top section breaks down with couple of shots
