Caustic needs a serious buff and maybe a rework

Cmon let’s think about it this BIG guy who doesn’t have any way on defending himself while getting shot at like gibby with his gunshield it’s not really fair, people shreds me within seconds and some...

@lops3004 again you have to balance after the highest lvl... lets do the middel ground, other heros needs nerfs more then caustic needs buff :D

One thing for sure that needs to be changed is the fact that his gas/canisters do not remain after death. Octane's Jump Pad, Pathfinders Zipline, Wattson's Fence's; All of these player-placed tacticals/ultimates remain after death. Caustic's canisters and Ult do not. Either NONE OF THEM STAY, OR ALL OF THEM DO.
