@FunTimeMaster if anything blood hound is one of the most single overpowered legends in the game. People whined about seer, but blood hound tactical and her passive is broken.

@EEAAITSINTHEDLC I haven't even touched bloodhound since season 1. I can guarantee you though that he isn't getting touched because streamers use him and they don't complain about him
