Hal cried to the developers a few seasons ago and since then this character has been even worse than Seer.
Honestly not surprised. At what point do they just remove him? It’s seems to me he’s just a place holder for those of us who are determined to be frustrated. 😅😅😅 it’s things like this that drive me away from this game time and again. Just when I feel I might want to jump back in and see if it’s gotten better, I realize quickly it’s just the same old apex with new skins🤷♂️
