Caustic tips to make him better

hello in my opinion caustic is in a low rank of legends and need to be buffed i have a few ideas that can make him more viable
1) his passive is very bad comper to others and dont make him a unique cuz see in the nox can every one that get the item for the weapon dont remember the name and bloodhound can see that too so in this his passive need to get a little buff like

- when caustic in the nox he get less % of dmg for a few sec or something like that 
or
- make the ability to see enemys for a few sec even after they get out of the nox like 15s or maybe 10s

2)his traps and ulti dealing only 3 dmg pre sec and its a joke comper to others i mean even the hit from bangalore Smoke deals 10 dmg not talking about bangalore ulti or gibraltar so i think the nox should give atleast 10dmg per sec

3) make the nox slow the enemy a little 

4)the ideal is to improve the ulti to make it with bigger zone 

now i dont say that to make him viable all of that should be added to him but some of that buffs may help him be in a A tier legends

    Allies should be able to see in the gas, just like Caustic, and allies shouldn’t be slowed while in the gas either.

    This. This is the biggest thing.

    Unless you want me to play a hero that people complain about when just picked ON THE SELECT SCREEN

    yes. right now caustic is toxic to your own team... you lay gas, and players can't see in it or through it without digital threat, and get slowed by it.

    Even caustic can't see "through" it without digital threat, which makes his passive really lackluster, because people don't stand in it, they just stay on the other side where you can't see them.

    I think letting teammates move and see *through* gas (not just in), as long as caustic is near, would be a better quality of life. This could be limited to only his ult (he hands out gas masks when he throws his ult?) 

    Maybe if his gas didn't slow anyone, but healed caustics, and everyone else.. but if caustic was near he would throw teammates a temporary gasmask?
