Caustic ultimate is 100% USELESS
I usually play caustic, alot.. but its ultimate is useless, people usually DONT die, it just make them slow and blurry and very little damage to SHIELD only . that caustic ultimate SHOULD BE insta...

Community ManagerBalance update is now live! There are some changes for Caustic.

And none of the changes apply to his ULT.
Nox Gas effects:
- Slows players' movement, including look sensitivity (friendlyfire)
- Blurs Vision (friendlyfire)
- Deals small damage over time
- Highlights enemies for Caustic
Caustic's Ult is an instant trap detonation where ever you want it. It's better than his traps. There is not a set up, or bait and you can avoid friendly fire easier. Nox Gas provides cover and easier to hit targets. The damage is there so there is still a punishment for standing in gas without Caustic's attention. IMO that's plenty.
