I think the nox gas should definitely deal its damage directly to health and slow down affected enemies.
Additionally the gas could stack small extra damage as poison per tick that starts to be dealt over time when leaving the gas.
Also destroyed gas canisters should ping their location, triggered/shot activated canisters would remain same.
It's too easy to just destroy the canisters or slide through gas clouds.
