I would remove the effect on teamates, raise the duration for both traps and gas grenade considerably, and widen the area, i dont think the damage is so much of an issue, as it can kill but teh problem is no one stays in the gas for any period of time where you can get an advantage, so making the gas wider and last longer i think would help
