Characters with bigger hitbox should have more health

Now I am not an fps player or EA fan. only here because I love hero themed games like lol/dota2/heroes of the storm/overwatch(yet not a good player) etc but even I know that hitboxes are one of most...

Way more health, way more armor, or maybe just don't design a competitive FPS where characters have 200%+ hit box sizes compared to other characters.  Poor game design imo.
