@Scythe7Sixx
As for reporting cheaters doing nothing on Origin, well no, it won't as it's not the way they've asked for cheating to be reported. Use the form that EasyAntiCheat have made here.
I've reported 3 times, all 3 no longer have Origin accounts. You're not going to catch, ban, or dissuade users from cheating without reporting them and EasyAntiCheat isn't going to find out what people are doing or how they're doing it to, as you put it "do something to actually address this" without examples.
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAA! WHAT?! You're actually telling me that NOT ONLY does the game not have an in-game way to report cheaters, but that actually even the Origin reporting is pointless!? Wow.
So, in order to find the ACTUAL way to report a cheater someone has to go on the Internet and look that up by themselves. Is that right???? In other words, less than 2% of the player-base will actually ever find this information. Pathetic. Ridiculous. Moronic. Or in other words, exactly what one should expect from EA. And then there's that tone of yours, like this is a viable solution because hey, it worked for you! Three times!!!
"as it's not the way they've asked for cheating to be reported." Please. PLEASE show me where they asked this??? Please show me where the typical gamer is going to find this information?? No one in my Discord group of +20 guys playing tons of Apex knows about this. We all live in Asia and we're all sick of seeing rampant cheating and NOT ONE person knows that you're supposed to, hmmm, let's see... It's so simple.........! You're supposed to just:
Go online on your own and figure out the Apex Legends cheater-reporting website where you're supposed to report this by Googling it yourself. Don't forget first to take a screenshot of the cheater so you can write down his name and fill out that online form. Make sure you know where screenshots are kept so you can navigate to that folder to get the info you need to report the cheater. Remember of course this will take several minutes of your time outside the game going online aaaaaaandddd... BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Just plain idiotic. As I said, 98% of players will never, ever do this. What it says to me is that they just don't give an F and don't want to devote the manpower to investigating the number of reports they would get if they had a reporting system in-game, i.e. a decent user-friendly system that actually made sense.
OH YEAH, and did I mention I live in Asia, where literally hundreds of millions of people don't speak or write English and literally CANNOT fill out that form on the EasyAC website, much less find out about it by themselves???
Put a simple, user-friendly reporting system in-game or GTFOOMF.
