cheating and smurfing not being addressed?

@XHelperZ And this proves my point. There is one dude that we know of who has a team who deals with cheaters....yet they, in reality need an army, at least in the short term to play catch-up. We cannot assume nothing is being done, but without criticism, it ensures the minimum will 100% be done without that pressure from the community. Which is why you should stand with us and upvote instead of playing into EA's hand. I know you're trying but, stop and think about what would actually make a difference.
