Cheating issues makes the game impossible to play at all

Yeah i lost a Game to DDOS cheater, the whole server couldn't play (rubber band or DC) but this Team had no problems.
i made a video to prove it. (and before someone say "maybe you have a * internet", nope i also made a few speedtest's and there was no problem. Germany 16-20ms, Belgium 50-60ms).
@Raklor_R Nah, it's not your Wifi. I had the same exact thing happen last week. Our 3rd got disconnected and couldn't come back, I kept getting kicked, the other guy said he wasn't lagging when I had asked them. Everytime I reconnected, there was like 2-3 less teams. Eventually there were 3 teams left, and a full non-lagging team went directly to my team's building we were hiding in, since it turned into duos and I couldn't move without being kicked. This other team, knew EXACTLY where we were and I kept getting kicked until they were right outside our building.
So yeah. There's been roughly 2 other occasions where it was flat out rubberbanding, where other teams couldn't even move properly. Those games ended the same way, except one was before reconnect, so if you got kicked, the end.
