@EA_David I like the idea of circle doing more damage but the big problem is that the tick rate is too high. 15% off the bat gives you about 6 seconds of storm. Medkits take 8 seconds to use and syringes cant compensate for the rate of the ticking. It forces you to drop center of the map in fear of circle being at Relay I'd you drop Slums or Thunderdome. If you run into a fight, let alone multiple on a far circle your almost guaranteed to die in the storm, at least that's been my experience.
Another problem is you can't loot or pick up banners now. If you wipe a team while running from the storm and their boxes drop or your team mate goes down inside then you're boned on getting any of the loot from your kill or even licking up your mate. Wraith portal is the only way to get to them but only on the first circle.
