Circle damage increase feedback thread UPDATED June14.

UPDATE    We've adjusted circle damage in Elite Queue. After letting the original change marinate for a couple days we agree with the feedback that the first circle damage is a bit too aggressive...

Im no out-cyrcle camper, but this change is really BAD. Unplayable game now, think about it.

    I was going to write something long but.... In shirt the elite ring damage is crap.(even with the update) if you land to far away it gives you  almost no chance.

      @jdm7875 Yeah I agree, even with the update, 7 dmg is too much... gives you a smidgen more of a chance to escape maybe, but if you get caught by ring you still probably won't be able to unless you can overtake it again within a few seconds, which often isn't possible... and if you have to stop to heal forget it, you'll never make it. Medkit takes 8 seconds in which time you'll lost 60-70HP, and syringes forget it, you'll lose more HP in the time than the syrine will replace. The balloon takes 8-9 seconds to get to top which will take 3/4 of your HP before you have started to catch the ring up with the glide. If the ring catches you even with this dmg its still a death sentence much of the time.

        @kartikins pro tip: apex elite is supposed to be for good players. Good players don't get caught outside the circle of play.
        It seems like everyone complaining about the changes are people who like to linger outside the ring, abusing the fact that it does very little damage as a means to allow people an opportunity to get back into it. If people didn't abuse it, then it wouldn't have been a problem to begin with. "now we can't loot out of the ring, now we can't do x out of the ring, now we get trapped by edge campers". YES, that is the point. The ring is there to restrict the play area. You have TONNES of time to move into the new area that play is being restricted to. Running around outside the circle to loot should not be a viable plan, and good players should be planning for fights and make their way to the playable area in good time when it comes up.
