Club tag shows up in name, despite no club

I joined a club that has since disbanded. Despite this, I still have the club prefix in front of my name when in game (during banner screens and in the kill feed). This can only be described as a bug...

The clubs bugs are weird since they can be very inconsistent.

Can I check if you use the same account on more than one platform? I ask because while there isn't cross-progression in the game, clubs are shared across platforms, and you might need to leave (or just log in to sync up) on all platforms you played on.

@EA_David I have the same issue too. After i requested to join club, that clubs club tag is showing with my name and also every time i launch the game it gives me error ( Club Operation 5 failed -1)
