@AlebagerbuI’m not sure why it would do that, I can try to look it up
you could try some of these steps, one mentions clearing the save data so maybe your old account’s save data is still in your playstation and its interfering with your new account’s data
https://www.gosunoob.com/guides/apex-legends-problem-processing-game-logic/
if none of those help maybe someone in the comments found a solution
- 4 years ago@TheApexLegendNub Alright i'll look it up
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Alebagerbu Sounds like the servers are still seeing a link to the old EA account, and thus throwing errors. You might have to contact EA at help.ea
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 I have tried several times but never got help
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 Can that old account data be taken off from my account?
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Alebagerbu If it got delinked, it should no longer be associated, but EA/Respawn is known for its bugs. Have you checked your EA account page?
https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index (This should have you sign into your EA account (not the console's account, but the EA one linked to it). I would check both the old EA account and the current one. - 4 years ago@Midnight9746 Alright thank you for checking let me know if you find something
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Alebagerbu Just so you know, I'm also a player. I don't have any control over other's accounts.
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 Oh i thought you were a developer or something 😅
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 Is there like any possible way to someone to remove those old accounts data?
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Alebagerbu If there's somehow an issue with the accounts, EA should be able to help over at help.ea, or at least can look further into it.
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 What i should ask them to do?
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+
@AlebagerbuI would let them know about the issue and ask if there's any account linked that could be causing a problem with clubs.
My guess is if you were in a club on your old EA account, your console account may still think you're in that club, despite being attached to a new EA account.
A second possible option - although don't know if it would work, is to relink the old account, and then make sure its not in a club. You also may be able to contact someone from the old club, if you're friends with them, and ask to kick your account if its still in the club. - 4 years ago@Midnight9746 I never were in a club on my old ea account and do you know what to do about those daily challenge reroll crashes?
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Alebagerbu Interesting... don't know why the clubs are bugging out then. Also, I don't reroll challenges, so I don't know anything about those kinds of crashing. However, the game has been crashing for several players in Season 12, and the devs are looking into it.

- Midnight97464 years agoHero+
@Alebagerbu It definitely sounds like the console account thinks there's some connection to the old EA account still. Each change to things like challenges seems to be echoing back to the old account and due to no longer being linked, this causes an error. Not entirely sure though.
At this point, I think its best if someone from EA/Respawn helps you.
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 Btw what would happen if i relink my old ea account to my ps back? Will i lose everything since i made this new ea account (made it in mid season 10)
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Alebagerbu The console account has its own game progression. You should be able to relink the old EA account without much issue. Although I'm not entirely sure if there's going to be any issues, because I never done anything like this myself.
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 Was just wondering that what will happen to stuff i have bought and got after that new account🤔
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Alebagerbu Did you buy something for the new EA's account or for the console account that's linked? Those items should still be tied to the platform its on when you delink the accounts. The only issue comes from Twitch and Twitch Prime accounts. If you unlink that, you'll lose the Twitch drops, until you relink them.
I'm hoping that @EA_Mako (or another EA member), could give more information that's clearer and more accurate for you though. - 4 years ago@Midnight9746 Thank you already so much, i was just thinking about like what will happen to my season 11 battlepass and my skins what i have bought with my apex coins for example🤔
- 4 years ago@Midnight9746 And also i was just wondering if i link that old ea account back to this ps, will i get those lost stuff back like those season 9 stuff?
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@Alebagerbu Wait, you've lost items when you delinked your first account? Well, if that's the case I suggest waiting for EA_Mako/others here, or to get in contact with EA over on help.ea Its most likely the ladder, due to it being account related.
