Community Manager’s Attitude
Yesterday, @EA_Cade locked a thread I started, implying that it is not game-related. I do not know what he thought about it, but I had told what led me to that question and asked for an answer. If I said “This game promotes satanism.”, it could be like a debate, but I just asked a question about the game (all those three things I listed were things that are in game) without even stating an opinion, and he locked the thread without an answer instead of explaining what those mean. If he came up with a proper and satisfactory answer, I am sure it would not look like a debate. It would just be a question from a player and an answer from someone from EA: Isn’t it what is supposed to be in the forum? Who will answer my question about what the things in the game mean if it is not someone from EA?
I sent a private message very similar to this yesterday to him. He seemed online but I did not get a reply. I do not know if ones at his position cannot reply to private messages or he did not see it or he just ignored, but I can say that the situation is frustrating for me. I did not get an answer to my question, and my thread was locked without an acceptable reason. I am still waiting for an explanation for both of them.
Maybe this is too personal to be a forum post, but as I have written before I could not get a reply to my private message and that is why I am writing these here.
If I get the private message before someone replies to this post, I will delete this post. So @EA_Cade if you see this, I would be glad if you replied me privately instead of posting it here.
You will see something if you want to see something. The Manager did give you more context as to why it wasn't game related after he mentioned the thread being locked.
"This thread is now locked.

- Keep it game-related. We're not here to debate politics or religion or lobby for anything, so keep the conversation about our games."
Maybe you need to reach out to the developers of the game to get a clear mindset on what they meant with their symbolism.
